Refund policy

At The Celestial Blends, each product is handcrafted and energetically personalized based on your unique intentions. Because of the deeply custom and spiritual nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict but fair return policy as outlined below.

No Returns or Exchanges

All our products are made-to-order and custom-charged for each individual.
This means:

  • Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged

  • We cannot accept returns simply due to change of mind, energy mismatch, or personal preference after dispatch

  • These blends are infused with personal energy and intention—they are sacred and tailored for you, and thus not reusable or resellable

Received a Damaged Product?

We take the utmost care in packing and shipping, but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement only if:

  1. You provide a complete unboxing video, clearly showing:

    • The sealed package

    • The product being taken out for the first time

    • The damage or defect clearly visible in the same recording

  2. The video is shared with us within 24 hours of delivery

  3. The product is unused and in original condition

No claims will be accepted without an unboxing video. This policy is in place to ensure transparency and fairness to both parties. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

  • The product is damaged beyond use, and

  • A valid unboxing video is submitted and approved

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Note: We do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries caused by courier services, festivals, or natural events.
